Sharing with you a super easy and fast gluten-free pancake recipe (12 minutes)!
I am currently paying more attention to my body and how I am reacting to certain food.
I am slowly realizing that my body is not tolerating gluten as it used to, therefore I am looking for some original recipe to incorporate in my diet. I found that breakfast can be challenging without gluten but when I found this easy pancakes recipe, I knew that they were just perfect for a late Sunday breakfast!
So all you need is…a banana and one egg .
Mash your banana in a big bowl, then add the whisk egg and I also added some cinnamon for more taste.
Finally, just fry in a pan with some oil or butter!
Enjoy with some fresh fruits and some agave syrup. I just love berries so much that I try to add them everywhere and they are low in sugar and calories!
